Service Description

Cosmelan is a unique combination of 51 active ingredients, including numerous Tyrosinase inhibitors and lightning agents to remove hyperpigmentation, sun damage & malasma. The peel is left on the skin for 4-10 hours depending on your skin type & peeling usually starts 2 days later. Expect 7-12 days of peeling and the amount of peeling can vary from different degrees of peeling. Cosmelan is safe for all fitzpatricks and can be administered all year around as long as you follow post-care instructions. The Cosmelan Peel MD is not recommended if you are pregnant or nursing. It is also not recommend for clients with severe Rosacea. Clients wishing to schedule this treatment must stop using products with active ingredients (such as retinoids, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, lactic acid, benzoyl peroxide, etc.) for 2 weeks prior to treatment date.
